Registration as participant of the symposium with workshops, concerts and the big choir is necessary by mail, fax or online here on the website of the Symposium until 2013/04/12 (it counts the booking on the bank account of the IPV!). The payment of the fee, if selected, must be made ​​not later than 14 days after notification. The debit from the bank account of the fee by IPV-manager, if selected, will be performed not till 14 days before the symposium.

Late registration at the festival office is available for an additional fee of € 5 per registered day.

A cancellation of the confirmed attendance with reimbursement of the majority of the fee is only to 28 March 2013, 18:00, possible. A processing fee of 25 euros is charged in this case flat and subtracted from the payout.
The cancellation at a later date: Only in well justified cases, by decision of the organizers to the same conditions as before 28.03 possible.

For registered participants during the period of validity of the participation all events are included.
