Daniel Lassalle

Daniel Lassalle hat sich einen erstklassigen internationalen Ruf erworben, sowohl als moderner Posaunist als auch mit der historischen Barockposaune, zwei Instrumente, die er mit seltener Virtuosität und Musikalität spielt.
Er wurde mit dem ersten Preis für Posaune des Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris ausgezeichnet. Ein Musiklehrerdiplom und ein Posaunenlehrerdiplom schlossen seine pädagogische Ausbildung 1984 und 1992 ab.
Seine Karriere als Musiker begann sehr früh, da er 1981, als er noch keine fünfzehn Jahre alt war, zu Les Sacqueboutiers kam. Neben seiner Schlüsselrolle als ständiges Mitglied und Co-künstlerischer Leiter dieses Ensembles arbeitet er mit den besten Ensembles für Alte Musik wie Hesperion XXI und Jordi Savall, dem Ensemble Clément Janequin und Dominique Visse zusammen.
Derzeit ist er Professor für historische Barockposaune am CNSMD von Lyon und Professor für Posaune am CRR von Toulouse.
Neben seiner Tätigkeit in der Alten Musik spielt Daniel Lassalle auch das zeitgenössische Repertoire. Er ist ein Spezialist für die Sequenza V von Luciano Berio geworden.

Daniel Lassalle has acquired a first-rate international reputation, both as a trombonist and as a sackbut player, two instruments that he plays with rare virtuosity and musicality.

He was unanimously awarded a first prize in trombone from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris. A music teacher's diploma and a trombone teacher's certificate completed his pedagogical training in 1984 and 1992.

His career as a performer began very early, as he joined Les Sacqueboutiers in 1981, when he was not yet fifteen years old. In addition to his key role as a permanent member and co-artistic director of this ensemble, he collaborates with the best early music ensembles such as Hesperion XXI and Jordi Savall, the Ensemble Clément Janequin and Dominique Visse.

He is currently professor of sackbut at the CNSMD of Lyon and professor of trombone at the CRR of Toulouse.

In addition to his activities in early music, Daniel Lassalle plays the contemporary repertoire. He has become a specialist of the Sequenza V by Luciano Berio.
